I’ve been going to Dolce Hair Salon for years now and always see Anna the salon owner. I have long hair and typically get color, highlights and trim. Anna is amazing and always does my hair exactly how I want it. She ensures I am happy with the results and continually strives to meet my individual needs. Anna is very knowledgeable of hair loss as well, which is something I’ve been having issues with recently. She listens to my concerns and provides product suggestions as well as recommendations for hair loss prevention. I absolutely love this salon and will never go anywhere else. They have a loyal customer for life!

Not happy with the hair color/highlights. I showed the hairdresser a picture of how my hair was and told her explained exactly how I want it. As it was being dried I realized it looks nothing like I wanted it! I spent 215 dollars for me to come home and even my kids said to me mama I thought you were getting your hair done…even my husband was disappointed and said where is the blonde highlights you always got? On top of that I had 3 different girls work on me like they over booked people and I was being tossed like a rag doll. The worst part is not one person asked me if I liked my hair, which everywhere else I have gone is the first question…it is like they knew from the way it came out they were even unsatisfied. I will be contacting a owner/ manager Monday to come in and show them my hair and how I wanted it. Be cautious going to this place!

I went here asking for a very subtle color change, showing pictures and everything. Instead of a natural auburn brown, I ended up with straight up ORANGE. It was unacceptable so I had a friend put box dye over it because it was so bad. A waste of $200 when I could have paid $8 for a better color with a box dye.
