The staff was very friendly and professional,, the atmosphere was inviting and very clean, and the results of my hair were exactly what I asked for. I would recommend this salon to others. I had an overall good experience. I didn’t quite catch my stylists name. It was Rose or Rosia or something like that. Initially, I had a little bit of difficulty communicating with her due to a language barrier. Other staff members helped us communicate, and I used pictures to show what I wanted. I walked in with very long hair and no bangs. I was nervous cause I was looking for a big change. I wanted short hair and bangs. And my stylist did a great job. She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure that I was okay with the length and style. There was one point at which I wanted to stop and ask about something so I said “oh wait, hang on” and out my hands up to signal I wanted her to stop for a moment (she was standing in front of me) but I suppose she did not understand because she kept cutting my hair anyway. The cut ended up fine. As I said I’m very happy with the results. I would have just had a bit more of a relaxing experience without the language barrier. All in all I recommend this salon to anyone.

I had such an amazing experience at Mila’s! Victoria listened to every single thing I wanted done to my hair and exceeded my expectations. She was flawlessly able to fix problems in my hair from a previous hairdresser. Definitely book an appointment with her if you’re looking for a beautiful platinum blonde look 🙂
