Just left after being here for over 2 hours. I showed the woman a picture of the pedicure with design that I wanted before she started doing anything. She never said anything about not being able to do the design on regular nail polish. However at the end she said she was done and I asked again about the design and showed her the picture. She asked the apparently 1 person that can do designs if she would do it and she snapped “No!” Then someone else spoke up and said they would get me taken care of before I left but to keep in mind that the future they don’t do designs on regular polish. Ok fine, I would have happily paid for the gel or dip HAD THEY TOLD ME IT WAS REQUIRED. I waited for over 40 minutes and no one ever came back to put the design on my nail. I GAVE UPI went to check out, they charged me full price. I will NEVER be back again.

He was also very personable and pleasant to visit with. I had to wait a few minutes because they were surprisingly busy at a slow time but well worth the wait. I will go back again.
