I have been coming to Christina since April this year, not one regret. She is knowledgeable, caring, concerned about the overall HEALTH of my hair. I love her and will not be going anywhere else. I trust her with all my hair care needs and she is the FIRST person I’d ever recommend to anyone looking for treatment. Proven results of growth in her work. She absolutely loves what she does and it shows. She takes her time throughout every step of the process each and every time. Very consistent in her work!! I appreciate her overall patience WITH ME during this difficult time getting my hair back on track. She has encouraged me to experiment & allow my hair to have some character and style! I have followed her from one salon to her current location @Dillard’s. I don’t plan on going anywhere else!!! Take it from ME, I am very particular about my hair. I had attempted to get a haircut last Saturday, nothing fancy, all I wanted was a trim. Wasn’t asking for any treatments or anything either. Just a simple trim. There was another woman there and the manager, Christina, advised she would be calling me when almost through with the woman there because she doesn’t like having clients waiting. No problem, my husband and I shopped around the mall. 2 hours later still hadn’t heard anything so we went back to check on the status since when we called there was no answer on the phone. We get there and she is sitting there chatting with another woman, not doing hair, just socializing, and then tells me she is leaving for the day (4pm and the sign says they close at 7pm). Whatever things happen so she schedules me for this Saturday at 11am.

This place is AMAZING! I scheduled a family spa day for myself, my son, my daughter and my mom and we all felt pampered and special! It was our first time going to a spa and it was great. The employee (LaRissa) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire time we were there! She definitely made the experience better. We will be going back for sure!
