I stop into the shop every 2-3 weeks. While I typically see my main barber, Cash, I’ve had great experiences with the other barbers as well. The shop is always clean, professional, and timely. I like that I can text directly with my barber to arrange a plan and always appreciate being able to show up with minimal wait-time. Great spot and superior skill by all barbers on the team!

So I called about and hour before they closed night before. My son wanted a spiderweb etched in his hair. They guy said not problem. What time works for you tomorrow. I came in with my son. Got him right in and did an amazing job. I’m so mad at myself for not getting the gentleman’s name that did it. But we will be back! You were a life saver for this mom and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them!

If you are looking for good haircut with better customer service, stay away from this barbershop. The barbers have no soul, they lack decency, and terrible customer service. The only thing they’re good at is manifesting their EGO. Bad haircut with poor customer service. Custom cut

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI never write reviews. I’ve had some really bad customer service experiences and still have never written a review. Just some context to let you, the reader know, that my experience at the barbershop was so bad I needed to share to hopefully keep someone else from experiencing the same.I’m big on customer service, and the staff at this barbershop have poor customer service. This barbershop is not kid-friendly, and has too many lower-level conversations (I.e., talking bad about customers after they leave the barbershop). Decent cut, not worth the poor service. I will not bring my kids back to this establishment. If you are looking for quality customer service and professionalism, this is not the barbershop for you.Context:1. Prior to my kids, getting their haircuts, They were playing video games and the barber made unnecessary comments about video games frying their brains. My kids are very smart and we barely let them play their games. Also, why start our interaction with a negative comment? Many things to say about this, but I’ll move on…..My kids completed their haircuts. The barber isn’t patient and rushes to complete the transaction without asking if I (as the parent) am satisfied with my childrens’ haircut.2. While we were there, a woman and child walk in. They are not greeted; the woman uncomfortably stands near the door with her child, subsequently, after a couple of minutes of awkwardly standing near the entrance and waiting to be assisted by a staff member, the woman is addressed as if she’s a nuisance to the shop rather than welcoming her and inquiring about her needs in the establishment. It was sad to watch. Terrible.3. A gentleman who is going bald asks for a haircut. Once the man leaves the shop, the barber cutting his hair begins to talk about him going bald and it being pointless for him to preserve his hair. Suppose he chooses to shave or keep his hair, It’s his personal choice, and he shouldn’t be jokingly conversed about after leaving the shop.4. No filter, women walking back and forth from the BMV were a constant conversation.Again, if the customer service experience matters to you, DO NOT GO TO THIS BARBERSHOP.I never write reviews. I just moved here from Phoenix. The barber that cut my hair was the first chair when you walk in. I gave them 2 stars because of the average rating of the three times I have been there. The first time I went my hair cut was pretty good. I got a taper, plus I have a fairly thick beard so I’m accustomed to paying top dollar for a great haircut. The first time a fade, hot towel and razor. I was pleased so I took my boys this time. He did an excellent job on my sons but this last time has pushed me to a place in which I probably won’t return. He told me to arrive at 9:45 and he did not show until 10:15. Then he rushed through my haircut, didn’t offer the razor and hot towel, i felt like I wasted my money, and he charged me the same price as if I got the hot towel and razor. He also knew he didn’t do a good job because he didnt even expect a tip. Considering I’ve tipped well each time I’ve come in. I probably will not return due to that experience. I take a lot of pride in my haircut as I do for my boys. I was quite displeased because I thought I had found a legitimate barbershop. I really like the atmosphere as well but customer service is everything. Considering all of this at dinner with friends I explained my experience and one of the ladies with us said she stopped taking her son there because of their inconsistency.

My husband took my son here today due to a very special engagement we are attending. Due to the location and time we chose to come here. They were looked at and treated poorly. My form of payment (MC debit) was not accepted. My son has sensory issues and my husband made the barber aware and he made him extremely uncomfortable. My son gets line ups all the time and never has any issues. He actually laughs and has a good time. Not this time. This isnt the place to bring a child of any age if they have any type of sensory concerns. We would have gladly paid them 20$ weekly for an edge up due to how close they are to our home. They did a really good job at the actual service and were tipped accordingly, however due to poor customer service, will not be back.

I’ve gone to this shop for over a decade now and will be my shop till it shuts or I die. Reece who is the owner now has always cut the little hair I have left and does a superb job trimming and styling my beard. Great social and light atmosphere, I suggest anyone white, black or green give one of these chairs a try.

Great group of barbers. Always professional I go to Rob Phillips religiously, but I’d trust every barber in the establishment to take great care of me. I usually make an appointment but get there early just to hang out. Feels more like I’m visiting a neighborhood kick it spot with a bonus of getting a haircut.

My son is very comfortable in the atmosphere here, which says a lot for me. He is also very pleased with his barber Brandon’s work. As a busy mom, I appreciate the ease in scheduling appointments and the quick service!
