Critical: ProfessionalismMy first experience was good she did a good job waxing my back and chest. When I tried to book an appointment to go back she originally said Thursday but then had a dr’s appointment so had to cancel. I asked her again for an appointment so I could get my waxing done by her and she replied “ if you need it so badly go somewhere else”. I was shocked at first by how rude she was. Linda is the only one that works there so I understand she is very busy but that does not excuse treating a customer with such disrespect. My first experience was good she did a good job waxing my back and chest. When I tried to book an appointment to go back she originally said Thursday but then had a dr’s appointment so had to cancel. Came in with my daughter for a pedicure about a week ago. A few minutes after soaking my feet a woman and her husband came in to complain about several bad infected ingrown toenails that the lady had given her, and the three times they had come back to have them fixed-and left them in worse condition. That was obviously a huge red flag.

Went in for a fill because the place I usually go to didn’t have time. She was talking down because my nails were medium length and she said they look better short (probably because it’s less work) the nails weren’t filed straight across she painted sloppy getting gel polish all on my cuticles. And she burnt me with the drill multiple times at least she would say sorry when i said ouch

Absolutely terrible! I will never come here again. Two ladies working. I made an appt. Several walk ins come in for various services (I’m in for a fill and basic pedi). EVERY customer is served and leaves, while I’m being passed around between the two ladies. Two hours pass and I’ve only had a pedicure. When asked several times if I was going to have my manicure finished, I was given another seat. I have manners, was polite in reminding them that I have other places to be.

DO NOT COME HERE. She hurt me so bad I had to tell her to stop filing my nails twice. She ruined my natural nails to where I don’t even think they will heal to be the same ever again. I left with bloody, cut up nails and cuticles. No exaggeration. Super unsanitary and awful services.

Bad experience. Got a full set and hurt me so many times and rushed through the last half part of the process because 3 other clients arrived and it was only her in the salon. I have a really bad set of nails now and had to come home and file them and i can not fix the nail polish though
