I typically go to the nail salon here and have never had a bad experience until yesterday when the person doing my nails just walked out and did not check to see that my nails were dry. The lady was rude and showed no etiquette, and her colleagues looked at her as she drove past the salon. I understand that people may be tired, and this is the first time I have experienced poor customer service. The manager assured me that they would fix the nails the next day if she did not do a good job.

I appreciate that he understood that I was in pain because of where the nail broke but I couldn’t even tell that the nail was even broken.
