Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to the nail salon on Wednesday for a pedicure and gel manicure. Today is Thursday, the door is locked at 5:50pm. I knocked several times and no one answered. I stood outside and called and the man hung up mid sentence. When I called back they ignored the call. I understand they are not taking anymore customers for the night I just wanted to speak to someone and show them my nails because. I’m going out of town tomorrow for a week. When I get back I highly doubt they will want to fix them then. I went to the nail salon on Wednesday for a pedicure and gel manicure. Today is Thursday, the door is locked at 5:50pm. I knocked several times and no one answered. I stood outside and called and the man hung up mid sentence. When I called back they ignored the call. I understand they are not taking anymore customers for the night I just wanted to speak to someone and show them my nails because. I’m going out of town tomorrow for a week. When I get back I highly doubt they will want to fix them then. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had 2 really nice experiences here. But I have to give 2 stars because of how complicated it is to get a nail fixed! Came in yesterday at 6:12 & the male owner said the store was closed (even though the door said they close at 7). He said “the sign is off that means we closed”. Despite this, I came back today to see if they can fix it. Today they told me the wait is over an hour to fix a broken nail. Not pleased that I wasted my time 2 days in a row & unfortunately will not be returning.Services: Manicure, Dip powder, PedicureI had 2 really nice experiences here. I had 2 really nice experiences here. But I have to give 2 stars because of how complicated it is to get a nail fixed! Came in yesterday at 6:12 & the male owner said the store was closed (even though the door said they close at 7). He said “the sign is off that means we closed”. She has no experience using the electric file because she filed my toes down to the pink. I let the Lisa know what happened and she did nothing . She didn’t offer a discount or anything. I had been a loyal customer but the owner proved to me that money is more important the. Loyalty.. Someone new did my pedicure. She has no experience using the electric file because she filed my toes down to the pink. I let the Lisa know what happened and she did nothing . She didn’t offer a discount or anything. She hires people with no experience and lack of education. Even the way her and her husband greets the costumers is very rude. I was there 3 days ago and I requested to work with a specific person, she refused because someone else that came after me wanted to something that was more expensive. I’ve been going there a few years now. I’ve observed the bad treatment the owner gives the employees, it’s very unprofessional. She hires people with no experience and lack of education. Even the way her and her husband greets the costumers is very rude. I was there 3 days ago and I requested to work with a specific person, she refused because someone else that came after me wanted to something that was more expensive. When I complained to the owner she aggressively gave me the receipt with an attitude.

The work was not great but I was in a rush, today however I go to ask for a full set but let them know I have my own polish and the husband owner got loud and said they don’t do that there lmao do what nails? It was fine up until she dug a lil too far into my big toe and it would not stop bleeding. At this point it hurt and kept bleeding so I didn’t want to proceed with the gel and uv as I felt my toe would get infected. Then Lisa was rude and told me that I would have to pay for the whole pedicure and told me to never come back. She is so unprofessional and believes she is above her clients and workers.
