Acrylic nails were taken off without soaking or nail polish remover – simply pulled off in a painful way that broke all my nails. The nail techs rushed me to pick a color and start when I was early for my appointment. The gel color manicure I got after is already starting to chip after 4 days and is missing various spots. Would not come here again.

Critical: Quality, ValueI rarely take the time to leave bad reviews. But I’m very upset about my experience. I Went to get a manicure. I’ve only ever had a couple done before. First the lady cut my finger and made it draw blood at the cuticle. It’s very sore and painful. Then did a terrible job painting my nails. Left multiple spots unpainted.Then i was charged 30 dollars when it was supposed to be 15 dollars like the price chart shows one the wall. It was my first and last time going there. I rarely take the time to leave bad reviews. But I’m very upset about my experience. I Went to get a manicure. I’ve only ever had a couple done before. First the lady cut my finger and made it draw blood at the cuticle. It’s very sore and painful. Then did a terrible job painting my nails. First and last time customer. Went with my friends to get our nails done together and my nails are uneven and not placed right. The nail tech cut my skin numerous times with the drill. She was impatient and was rushing to do our nails and rushing for us to leave. I gave her the exact design I wanted and she didn’t do the design she did something different. She ruined my friends natural nail in the process cracking it down the middle and gave her the wrong design too. Most of the time she was talking to her boyfriend who was in the building. Won’t be going back again

I like this nail salon, very clean environment their professional in what they do. I agree Sometimes she does things in a rush which lots of clients, like me don’t like being rushed. We took the day time to get nails done get pampered. We wait for our turn patiently. So every client should enjoy thier moment when getting thier nails done or getting pampered!
