This is a new business I was told they have been at this location for about 4 months. The manager was welcoming and friendly. The ambiance is positive and calm. The staff was courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable of their craft. I initially came in just for a fill but I quickly felt at home and got a pedicure as well. The establishment appears to be clean and sanitized. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and customer service.

The owners are extremely nice from the moment you walk in the door. The atmosphere is beautiful and you can definitely pamper yourself. I will be going in to have my nails done as soon as time allows, however I did buy their line of collagen serum and I have to say I really love it!!!! Helen provided an amazing pedicure. My feet felt healthier. I wasn’t very impressed with the upgraded portion, but for sure one of the best pedicure technicians I’ve ever experienced. Starr did her best to accommodate my polish request. Both made small talk and were pleasant. They were also timely in providing services.

It was my first time and Mia was very sweet. I moved to the Inland Empire two years ago and I haven’t found a place where I like the way they do my manicures. I usually drive all the way down the Monterey Park to get my manicures and pedicures which is an hour away. I was definitely satisfied with my manicure. Di Milano Nail Salon gained my business. This was our first time here as my daughter and I were having a mother daughter day out. She got a full set of acrylic nails that turned out beautiful. I got a regular manicure and pedicure with French tip polish for the pedicure and regular white polish for the manicure. My pedicure turned out beautiful. My manicure was done by a young man that rushed through it and had so much polish piled on my nails at the end. He realized that they were obviously not done correctly and said that he would take it all off and start over. After being there over a hour and a half and already being late for our next appointment, I declined. Needless to say that by the next morning my nail polish was cracked and peeled off several nails. I would recommend them, just not the young man who did my manicure and polish.
