Last minute my mom and I stopped in for some holiday maintenance on our hands and feet after a shopping date and before dinner. We were originally schedule for Nails 2K but couldn’t get make our reservation in time..I had a deluxe pedicure (honey pearl) , Paula did my pedicure. Gel polish. Color: 27. Tina did my nails which were special request and then came out exactly how I wanted them after some instruction..My mom received a deluxe pedicure as well, gel polish and an acrylic overlay balance and gel polish for her hands. George was her nail tech..They stayed open late for us, I made our appointment for 4:30 and we were seated with hot water after a bathroom break at 4:20. Loved the experience and ambiance of the shop (they have a pretty nice bathroom, too!) Perfect location + love the finished product!Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures, ManicureLoved this place! The ladies here are absolutely wonderful, have been coming here for 8 years now. I moved over an hour away and still come down to get my toes and nails done. It’s worth the drive every time!

I’ve always had amazing experiences here! The pedicures are very relaxing and come out beautiful, the techs don’t mind that I’m not big on small talk. I ask before hand if they mind if I put in headphones and relax and they’re always fine with it. The massage feels great and my feet are soft and smooth when I leave. I also get my brows done here and she is very fast and very good and the price is great! Everything is also always very clean. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter here to get her nails and toes done for homecoming . I spoke with the gentleman at the counter and told him what we wanted done. I specifically said no gel on her nails – regular polish instead. At some point the female doing her nails asked her if she would prefer gel polish on her nails and proceeded to do this without consulting me which resulted in an extra charge that I did not want for a total of $88. I tried to handle the issue in the shop but they staff was rude and unwilling to listen. I waited and called back on my ride home. Spoke to the manager who told me to bring my daughter back so they can remove the gel and put on regular polish and that is the only way he will refund me for the upgrade plus he told me to never come back there again because he didn’t need me as a customer . I was shocked at the unnecessarily rude behavior

I went here because the reviews were good. The people weren’t very friendly only talked amongst themselves. I paid $70 and a toddler could of done a better job. They reaIly didn’t listen to what I wanted even though I showed pictures!!! I will not be back.
