Chin Lee is a real artist. I had permanent eyeliner done over 20 years ago and Chin did a beautiful repair and replace job, and I’m amazed at how terrific it turned out. That gave me the confidence to do my lips and I’m thrilled at how much better they look. I used to have really skinny lips and now they’re full (but not too full!) and very natural looking.
