I came in and asked for a goddess ponytail I left with a pack of bobby pins in my hair and once I took my hair down I had sores in the top of my head when I called back and asked to speak with the person that owns the shop she directed me towards the person that messed my hair up I will not be back and I advise anyone else not to go to this location if you’re a walk in you get anything from them and they overcharge she didn’t wash my hair but she charged me $100 for a ponytail way too much for no service

Nail appointment was made at 2:30 nail tech Terra(don’t know correct spelling) didn’t started until 5:45 .. got up during the appointment and got her purse, grabbed her phone and left out the door. Came back in and said she forgot something. Friendly but not professional at all.

Good service,first time there and had a last minute hair emergency, service was nice and we laughed at my hair mistake without feeling uncomfortable, a friendly atmosphere. I haven’t been in a salon in ten years, due to a stylist over booking (I HATE OVER BOOKING!)this was not the case. i will go back.

My hair was matted when I took down my treebraids. Please ask questions and be aware that you can experience hair loss with the natural hairstylist’s technique. Also, I only had the style for one month, so this shouldn’t have happened. Now I have hair loss that will take at least a year and a half to recover from because I didn’t ask questions. I went to another stylist to unmat my hair, and in her professional opinion, it was the way my hair was cornrolled that caused major damage in my hair. Luckily, this stylist was able to savage some of my hair so that I could at least wear a short style instead going bald headed like a man. I would never step foot in Frosting again. Never.
