I went to this salon like 5 days ago for a men haircut. I know it’s not a barber shop but I’ve gone to numerous salons never had an issue. I’m also never a Karen I don’t like to complain because I also work in customer service. I’ve gotten a bad haircut from this place so bad to the point I’d had to go to another place right after to fix my hair which I was at for 45mins about. That same day Till this day, I’ve been calling trying to talk to a manager and hope to get a refund. Today was my lucky day and finally got a hold of Mrs.Pam (Owner) or a manager of some sort, because they kept telling me they’re with someone they call me back after. But never did. I approached it nice and kind told her what happened then she refused to because it’s my fault for coming into a salon instead of a barber shop and she didn’t think it was a bad haircut. She did offer a free haircut for next visit, after I kept telling her I don’t want their service. But it is what it is I guess, I always thought customers are always right. I just hope the next visit is better than the last time because it’ll for sure be my last visit.

Let me start off with saying I paid $295.00 for something I didn’t even ask for. I went into this salon with a clear image (literally a picture) of how I wanted my hair! Not only did the stylist (Cille) not cut my hair in the style I wanted she gave me highlights!!!! Wait what? No, I literally asked for one base color, one. Like you had one job lady and you ruined it!!! Now I’m walking around looking like I’ve got gray hairs because she couldn’t even get the highlights to the ASH BLONDE I requested. Honestly any stylist with experience could’ve gotten the job done properly because my hair was my natural color. Then she said walk around with it see how I like it, I should call her back on Tuesday if I still felt like I didn’t like it. Well no you should’ve gotten it right the first time and if not done something to fix it. This is clearly a place that doesn’t exceed let alone meet ones expectations for having a good haircut/hairstyle experience

Usually im not leaving reviews but this one was something .actually they was nice to me . But haircut experience was terrible. Some long hair from another person was all over me . This hair was On all stylist tools . They definitely need to watch their work places and tools they use and clean them properly. And then u do haircuts u must be more gentle. U make haircuts for people not cows ,so be professional about it …

This was my first time to visit this salon and I picked it because it was close to home. My son and I stopped in here because there was a large sign in the window advertising “Walk-ins Welcome”. Well, apparently they aren’t. My son and I walked into this salon at 4:15 on Saturday. There was one customer in a chair, one person working on that particular customer’s hair, and three other people standing around. No one spoke to us when we walked in. Instead, we were met with blank stares and whispers as if we had interrupted a party. When I asked if they could do a quick trim on my son’s hair, the response was, “ummmm…we don’t have time”. I asked if they were closed and the reply was “no”. Confused, I asked what time they close and got a quick reply of “5:00”. My response: “We will go somewhere else”. And we did. I was able to drive to another salon where we were greeted when we walked in, waited on a couple of other customers, and still had my son’s hair trimmed nicely all before 5:00. We learned our lesson. Just because it’s convenient and close to home doesn’t mean it’s worth it. I much prefer to go out of my way to be treated respectfully and made to feel welcome. People remember how you make them feel. Customer service is key!!

Very disappointed, I will Never return, not to mention recommend this salon. I went in for highlights-that turned out just ok. I also wanted a keratin blow out. They should have recommended I wait. After spending over $500 my long hair is frizzier than before, and DAMAGED. I will probably have to have at least 6 inches cut off to get rid of the fried look they left me with. Go to a professional was the lesson I learned.
