Kenny- the owner- was awesome and did a fabulous powder dip manicure. He was super friendly, personable and professional. He educated me on their dip powders and how long they last. I always have trouble with my no-chip manicures not lasting. He ensured me they focus on quality which is amazing. I will definitely will be coming back many times! I would recommend to anyone!

I saw Kim for a gel fill in. She was ready for me when I arrived. She had a very gentle touch which made for a relaxing service. I was very pleased with the shape and overall final result of my nails when she was finished. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for future services.

Went in for a dip manicure and no chip pedicure between classes. When I first arrived around 10:30, there was 2 technicians in the salon. A male agreed to do my services and wrapped my fingers to soak off the no chip polish I had on. The nail shop itself is nice and the man initially was very pleasant . The pedicure was going well until I noticed blue dye left around and on my nail bed from a product he used . He was about to still polish over the dye even though it was visible to both me and him . (I knew this because I saw him attempting to but giving up removing it before I even said anything) I asked him would it show under my polish and he , without responding, took a cuticle cutter and cut off more of what he maybe thought was my cuticle but really was my skin which hurt and bled (I didn’t notice the bleeding until after I left). He started to polish my toes and kept putting the light on my nails causing it to mess my polish up but he assisted (growing visibly agitated)that it was because I kept moving my feet as if I’m a child that can’t sit still. He must’ve picked up on my annoyance with him at this point and tried to make small talk which I did appreciate because he must’ve realized how his demeanor became off putting and he was attempting to rectify. UNDERSTANDABLE, I know that people are human with emotions. He finished polishing my toes and sat me in his chair to do my nails . As he is taking the rest of my no chip off of my nails , he tells me that he can’t finish my service because he had an appointment that was there and they had to be serviced first. I can’t even describe to you how disregarded that made me feel as a customer. I was already there at that point for an hour , they could’ve made that appointment after I got there over the phone and because it was an “appointment” I basically get told that servicing them at that point is more important even though I was smack dead in the middle of a service. Why take walk-ins at all , especially so close to an appointment time , if this is how it’s going to go ? I calmly expressed how unprofessional I thought the encounter was , not once receiving an apology but only an offer to “come back later” … I won’t be .

Kim was my nail tech and she was so sweet and amazing! She listened to what I wanted and perfected my nails. I left the salon feeling ready for my vacation. Good quality. First time coming but I will definitely pay more visits in the future.

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. I had gotten my nails done here and I wasn’t happy with the results. I didn’t say much, I just left thinking I wouldn’t come back. The owner Kim texted me and said I could tell you were unhappy, please come back and let me fix them for you (Kim didn’t do my nails originally). I came back the next morning before they opened and Kim graciously welcomed me in and fixed everything! She was so kind, and is doing everything she can to make her business successful. She thanked me so many times for allowing her the chance to redo them and was so accommodating. She genuinely cares, and it was refreshing to see an owner putting her customers first. Thanks again, Kim; I will absolutely be back, and I hope everyone in the Mokena area gives this place a try!
