This place is different from other mail places I’ve been to, but I really enjoyed my experience. I didn’t catch the name of who did my gel manicure, but she was great! She finished it in less than 30 minutes, and was very polite. We didn’t talk the whole time, she was very focused on her work, which I didn’t mind! I think most people are used to talking with each other the entire time and the entire process of a manicure. She filed my nails, did cuticles, and applied multiple coats. When we were finished, she did a short hand massage which felt great! She truly took the time to make sure I had a good manicure and a good experience. I checked to make sure, and my nails are fully coated and there were no blank spots at all on the corners of my nails like some places tend to miss.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!! I made an online appointment for me and my daughter thinking I’m going to have a nice mother daughter date! But I was soooo wrong! We get there right on time, and there’s a woman working on a customer, and asks how can she help me. I would like to note that NO ONE else was in the salon or in the pedicure chairs. I tell her we’re there for our appointment and she immediately says “no we spoke and you confirmed cancelled.” I said no, wrong person I booked online. She goes on to say she called me yesterday and confirms my name. She stated she called to cancel. No voicemail, txt message, or email was left. When I checked my missed call, I saw she did call (I’ll give her that) BUT she called at 9pm! My appointment was at 2:45 the next day, so there was an open opportunity for the salon to reach out again to avoid me wasting a drive there for nothing! When I asked why is my appointment cancelled, she stated “we are booked.” Again, no one else was in the salon but the one client. This was such a very poor and horrible customer service, I will never again make an appointment there, total waste of my time! What they need to do is update their website or reach out to customers immediately! I do not know why no message was left because she was able to communicate very well my name and time of appointment.

When I began going here I was impressed. There wasn’t any overwhelming smells of acrylic or nail polishes. I would get acrylic nails and mind you there is nothing I hate more than bulky, gloppy, and misshaped nails. The prices were a bit steep but the quality seemed overall good. I used to always get my nails done by Sara. Eventually, she stopped coming and I still have no idea what happened to her. When she stopped doing my nails the quality plummeted. The outcome of the acrylic manicure would embody everything I hate. On top of it each time I got my nails done over the course of the months I went there, the prices would change each time. They don’t hang up their prices for a reason. Personally, I get how it might seem like a good place at first. The dim lighting (hides the mediocre job) and soothing atmosphere are definitely contributing factors as to why people think this is a good place. One pro of this place is they seem to use pretty good products but that doesn’t really matter when the person using them is below average at their job. Pass on this place.

Fastest pedicure I’ve ever had! I gave 2 stars because it was clean and there was no wait. I’m assuming there was no wait since they get you in and get you OUT! It took longer for my toes to dry then it did for the whole “classic pedicure”. I have been there several times in the past and never felt like I was this rushed before. I thought maybe it was just the woman I had but the customer across from me was given the same “treatment”. It was very disappointing.

I’m very happy with Nail Dimension- I moved to the area last year and had the toughest time finding a good nail salon. I went to Pro Nails for awhile but the staff was rude & sloppy in their work. Then went over to US Nails in Robbinsville- but my manicure from them barely lasted a day! The staff here at Nail Dimension are very nice, and it is a quiet & relaxing atmosphere. My manicure & pedicure lasted almost three weeks. They have a nice color selection & offer complimentary drinks. It’s a little pricey but I don’t mind paying the high prices for a job well done. Thanks, ladies!

The ambiance is great. Unfortunately, the dim lighting may be soothing but it is also masking the subpar work. I’m giving it 3 stars and not less because I’ve only been there once and I was so relaxed that I didn’t even notice the crappy job on my nails or my eye brow wax. I also don’t like that they didn’t have a menu of services readily on hand. I was told to go to the website. And even there, the pricing list was limited.

Terrible!! They charge you 30$ to change your polish, and don’t even cut your cuticles!!! On top of it all, the woman cut me, and still charged me. Yes it’s relaxing, but my nails have never looked worse, as well as chipped so easily!!!
