Absolutely love Dr. Stockton and Caitlin! I have been a patient for a few years and they have both helped my skin so many times! I have an autoimmune disease and appreciate the care they have given, especially during covid times. The staff always wearing masks and asking patients to do the same makes me feel safe!

Highly recommend! Dr. Stockton and her staff are very thorough and professional. The waiting time was minimal and the rooms are very clean. Dr Stockton took her time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a reasonable treatment plan. I’m planning on scheduling another appointment. Dr. Stockton’s office also offers cosmetic and esthetic services if needed.

Very poor business practices. During my initial appointment my procedure could not be completed since the doctor joined 20 minutes late and “we needed the full appointment time”. On my second appointment, I showed up 10 minutes late due to a road being closed and was told they couldn’t see me since I was late. When they were late I understood and made a second appointment, but would not have if I knew they were this hypocritical. Also, they initially told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it because I was out of network, but sure enough my insurance did cover at the in network rate. Nothing positive I can say.

Dr Stockton has cared for our family for many years. She is an extraordinary doctor and caring professional. Her office is absolutely Covid free, especially important since many of her patients suffer with cancer and other serious autoimmune illnesses. She is the best!

I’ve been coming to Dermatology and skin associates for years. I normally have no complaints about this place. However, their esthetician Caitlin (who is absolutely amazing & professional!) told me to stop in for a spot treatment. This generally just takes a couple minutes. When I came in I told the front desk I was here to see Caitlin for a spot treat and that I wasn’t on the schedule. They said okay and I sat down in the waiting room. As the time went on I was becoming impatient. The front desk people never went to tell Caitlin that I was here. I waited for 50 minutes for a treatment that only takes a couple minutes. I told the front desk employees that I can no longer wait and I ended up leaving without being seen. This was such an inconvenience in my day being that I took my hour lunch break to not be seen. I hope they can figure out how run that receptionist area better before they start losing loyal clients.

Doctor Stockton was great as was the PA. Only reason for mediocre review was they charged me 4$ for a mask that they probably get for free from our wonderful government. Same mask all store have sitting out for free. Why are people still even using masks.

I would not recommend this place. I was 10 minutes late, called ahead to let them know that I was running late, the front desk person stated that she would call back to let me know what the doctor said, and she never did. I took off work for this…such a waste of my time!!!!!!!!@!@
