Don’t waste your time! Horrible customer service!!! It took 2 weeks for their billing department to figure out whether they accept my insurance plan. And they even didn’t bother to let me know about it, I had to call and find out myself. Haven’t experienced such unprofessional office!!!

Horrible customer service, & the wait time is ridiculous! Went there three times with appointments!! & all three times I’ve waited at least 30-40 minutes till they called my daughters name! They place you in a room and you still have to wait 30 minutes to be seen! you say something to them at front desk, & they seem as if they do not care because they aren’t the ones taking time out their day and waiting!! Stating “we are over booked” and answering you with attitudes.. well maybe you guys shouldn’t over book!! The doctor is nice and knows what she’s doing don’t get me wrong..but customer service sucks!!

Horrible experience. The staff is so unprofessional. Not worth the price of the visit at all. I came at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment was only let in at six. I was referred by two people to come see this doctor and while the doctor may be professional the staff is incredibly rude. The girl at the front desk didn’t give me back my ID OR CREDIT CARD. I asked for the card back and forgot the ID. When I got to the pharmacy and needed it. I remembered she never gave it back. They did not answer the phone at all to see if I left it there if I should even go back for it. When I got there the girl said she gave it back, I told her you weren’t even the one to run it – it was the other girl. She gave an attitude and said they didn’t have it. The other girl looked for it and gave it to me. Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend going here. When I went to the pharmacy they told me the prescription I needed was not fully covered by insurance so I went back to ask the doctor if she had other options or recommendations for a similar product the girl at the front desk did not even ask her I had to ask her multiple times to do so – when she did she handed me the paper with the name and was rude as if I asked for something so impossible.

I was sent to this office while i was a client at brooklyn location. First of all the person whom i spoke to regarding the treatment that i was looking for, she misguided me and told me that the they does cover that treatment and she was 100% sure that yes they does that treatment and i was sent to this office all the way from Brooklyn. When i get there, the female doctor told me after letting me wait for almost 1hr in the waiting room and 20mins inside that they don’t do the treatment through the insurance and I have to pay out of pocket which is totally wrong. I am having the treatment through different doctor but the reason i changed is because they are no longer in network with my insurance United health care.

RUN RUN RUN Unbelievable unprofessional! RUDE STAFF, triple booking new patients in one time slot so clear your plans for the day because you will sit for over an hour. They argue with patients also. I never experienced anything like it. I ran out of that office so fast, this dr does not have your best interest take it from a previous medical professional RUN!
