Lack of professionalism, called to make an appointment day prior, they told me to come in at 9 am… arrived once they opened at 9 am and the stylist present looked at my beautiful and naturally curly hair, made a face, and then informed me that the stylist that was going to be doing my hair wasn’t available and wouldn’t be there until10 am. I asked the stylist that was there if she could start my hair as we waited and she stated that “her elbow was injured”and that she couldn’t do my hair.
