Don’t go here!! Doctors and nurses are great, but the people you deal with on the phone are rude and hateful. Called to get results of my husbands biopsy and was treated terrible! Never got the results.

I spoke with an employee named Dakota in the Dermatology dept that single handedly gave me the worst customer service I’ve had at this hospital. I tried speaking to other people but he would only hang up on me or transfer to random mailboxes. This employee is an embarrassment to the Dermatology center.

Mark Brown is a great doctor. He was nice and very knowledgeable. The problem is the receptionist. There were always two people I dealt with. The young lady was always super sweet and helpful. The other receptionist (probably late 40s) is always so rude. She acted as if checking someone in or scheduling another appointment was such a hassle. Hardly ever looked up from her computer when talking to you. This wasn’t a one time thing. She’s consistently rude.

Awesome!! Mark Brown is hands down the best provider! Super easy to talk too and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to everyone! I needed to reschedule my appointment and Jackie helped with no questions asked also with no fee!!

Look elsewhere if you want a true patient-centered experience. After waiting for 37 minutes to see Melissa Robertson, I was extremely disappointed in her lack of communication with me as a patient of my concern for my skin care. She spend less than three minutes with me. I left as if annual skin assessments are not important. She answered the two questions I had and that was it. The least patient interaction I have with a healthcare provider in along time. Front desk was marginal, the individual that showed me the room was ok, but nothing special. I was asked twice “what brings me in today?” Also, noted in my patperwork why I was in and when I made the appointment. There must be a better group of dermatology providers in the area. Look elsewhere.

While Marc Brown is an excellent provider, the problem is the lack of communication from the staff. We are still waiting for a prescription that was called in almost a month ago to the wrong pharmacy. Called the office and left a message with the medical assistant and informed them the prescription was not at the pharmacy and since they has called it into the wrong office I was never called back. Called again the following week and left a message. No call back. Finally got on the phone with the office manager and she was able to track it down that it was called into the wrong pharmacy. She said she would have the medical assistant call it into the right pharmacy (I even provided the pharmacy address to precent any confuacon).Went again today and it still wasn’t there. Called again and learned they called it into Walgreens when I have told them specifically and repeatedly it was CVS. Got another call back and talked to them again and they assured me it would be at the pharmacy. Needless to say I am digusred with in utter lack of professionalism about this incident. No one should have to jump through so many hoops in order to get a prescription that was prescribed to them. While Marc Brown is fantastic I will not be going back to him due to the fact that his staff is unable to call into a prescription to the right pharmacy.

After making 3 appointments and the issue not being corrected the first time and also to top it all off my biopsy being lost, never found. This was a horrible experience. Nobody ever gave me a call about the biopsy or anything. I made multiple calls and they didn’t have an answer. I reported the pathology department to the hospital. In the end I was still charged for the biopsy being done. Moving on to a different dermatologist after this horrible experience.

I appreciate the great customer service and passionate attitude from the Physicians & Staff. Removing a Basel Cell Cancer from my nose by Dr. Gaston was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone.
