Amazing facial! They are very talented and really listen to you and your skin needs. I have sensitive skin and they took amazing care of me for a hydra facial. I came a little over 2 weeks ago and received threading and tinting services. First time here but not new to the service. I was hesitant about writing a review but this should be a good learning experience. I gave this business 3 stars because they were very nice and made me feel comfortable and I was cute for a day while it lasted BUT they broke every TDLR rule before rendering semi permanent service (tinting). There was no allergy patch test, no consent forms, no questions, nothing. Which is a huge No No. This would have been a perfect situation for a newly salon to go down the drain over a small incident if I was “that client” long story short I ended up in the ER less than 48 hours due to a horrible allergic reaction to whatever dye that she used. Had to leave work due to one of my eyes was almost swollen shut. Right after the ER I went straight up there so they can see my face. The lady was apologetic and only gave me a refund because I asked for it. She took down my number and no one contacted me. I understand that this is a newly salon but you have to be able to cater to all clients you can just use one product for all. I’m a cosmetologist and not all shampoos, products etc does not suite every client that sits in your chair. Nowadays you have to invest in multiple products per your client concerns based off the consent FORM or consultation. Just be careful, pay attention and ask questions.

They do such good work! I’ve never gotten my brows done so I came in to try threading and they came out so good. She helped me through the pain since I’m always sensitive about that. I immediately booked another appointment for a different treatment since they have really good prices. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a place that did laser hair removal in the Sugar Land and so happy I found Derma. I have been very pleased with the services there. I am now on my second laser hair removal treatment and am already seeing such a difference in my hair growth. Fatima has been so wonderful from the beginning of this whole process. She throughly explained the way the laser works, expectations, time length and side effects of the treatment. She is also very kind during the process since it is a little uncomfortable in the beginning. She constantly asks if I’m okay and wants to make sure I am comfortable. I am definitely excited to continue my treatments with Derma and I recommend it to anyone that is interested in starting their hair removal process!

Now that I plan to follow up with my next appointment I HAD to give this review, I definitely recommend this studio for threading services!!! First off, I am so appreciative that Fatima allowed me to come last minute before she closed…I called and am SO grateful she said I could come! Next, my eyebrows are naturally pretty nice and I rarely get them threaded for fear someone won’t listen to my request and leave them too thin…Fatima listened to my concerns and neatly cleaned up my brows EXACTLY how I wanted, they are still perfect 2 weeks later! Going today for my pesky cheek hairs!
