These ladies are awesome! Each time I’ve gone they’ve been super courteous, always on time, and offer great service. All of my questions have been answered thoroughly and I love that they work with all skin types and complexions. The establishment is very clean and inviting as well. I got laser hair removal with Ideal Image 10+ years ago and it lasted quite a while. Now it’s slowly coming back in which is why I’m going here. In my opinion, Depilex is worlds better than Ideal Image. They’re more organized, easier to book, and have better follow up. Ideal Image felt like a mill and this feels like a real practice that cares about their clients. I’d recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable prices too!
