I had a great experience at this Benefit location! They transformed my brows through the lamination treatment – 2.5 weeks in so far, and my brows are still looking great! Personally I would probably skip the lash tinting, it felt like it didn’t last long enough for the cost and time to have it done. But the brows- I am hooked! Thanks again!!

I cannot recommend Benefit on Charles St. more!!! Every time I walk in, the staff is so incredibly welcoming and their skillssss – can’t compare! I’m very particular when it comes to my brows and they kill it every single time (Heather is such a talented gem!) Saw Heather for the first time on Saturday. My previous brow stylist messed up and gave me a bald patch I have been trying to grow out for two months and I was nervous about seeing someone new. Heather was wonderful, she took me an hour early because I was running ahead of schedule and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. She did an awesome job and I left feeling great. I went in today for my first ever Brazilian and was a little nervous but Jasmine made the experience amazing! We were laughing the entire time and she walked me through everything.
