I walked in for a dip powder manicure on a busy Saturday and was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but I only waited 15 minutes. Tammy was my nail technician & she was so sweet! She asked multiple times if I liked the shape and color of my nails and if I was comfortable. I love how my nails turned out. Best service I’ve received! I walked in for a dip powder manicure on a busy Saturday and was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but I only waited 15 minutes. Tammy was my nail technician & she was so sweet! She asked multiple times if I liked the shape and color of my nails and if I was comfortable. I love how my nails turned out. This was such a pleasant visit and will be seeing Tammy again!

i had such a great experience at deluxe nail salon. i came in and tammy was ready for me right away. she understood my design and did it better than i imagined!!! she was so sweet and kept asking me if she was hurting me, which i really appreciated. everyone was super nice from the second you walk in. i love that they greet you then make you wash your hands before starting. will be back soon!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis review is from back in July. I made an appointment here for a Saturday at 9:30 when they open. My experience here wasn’t the greatest, but not the worst either.PROS: Squeezed me in for an early appt 2 days prior. Nail design was beautiful, just as requested (showed them a picture I found on Pinterest). Location is nice and clean and follows COVID protocols. The woman that did my pedicure was super friendly and took her time, despite how busy they were that day. I forgot her name, but she was the best!CONS: A/C not working? It was very hot and I heard other people next to me also talking about how hot it was in there. I had an appt but wasn’t attended until 25 minutes later despite it being just me and 2 other people waiting. It seemed as the nail techs were just getting started with setting up. Just didn’t make sense to schedule an appointment for 9:30 if you aren’t really available at that time. My nail tech, Tammy or Tuong was standing there for a while & not sure why. However during that time she did ask me what I was looking for and and she explained what she had to do in order to give me what I wanted, which I really appreciated.She did also let me know how much it would cost. $70 for a full set of acrylic nails (pic attached). This does not include tip or pedicure. I thought it was a bit pricier than what I normally pay but I was fine with it at first. She was nice at times but got upset with me when I asked her to change something from my set. I asked if she can add some rhinestones bc it wasn’t turning out the way I wanted. She answered rudely and said, “thats why I asked you before I did it.” I was very nice and took it as possible culture/personality clash.My set was complete and I liked it. She really did a good job on it but I just didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism from her part. As she was working on my nails I asked if she was okay with tip on a card as I didn’t have cash on me. She said they always prefer cash (which I understand) & she asked if I can zelle it to her. I have no problem doing that if it is well deserved. When she was done I asked if she was going to do my pedi & she said she doesn’t do pedicures. The only reason I was asking is to know if I should send her the tip now or after. I asked for her zelle and sent her $25 tip bc I really liked my nails.The next person who does my pedi really took her time and was super friendly. They were super busy that day so I liked that she took her time. Later I see Tammy doing a pedicure for someone else and her personality was completely different with the other customer. Super friendly and conversating, & also doing a pedicure which she specifically told me she didn’t do. I found that to be very unprofessional. I didn’t see the point in lying about it. If you were busy, okay cool. Not a problem. But no need to lie.I most likely won’t be returning here as the cons for me outweigh the pros. And it’s not what I asked.I’ve had really pleasant experiences here but if you’re short staff just say hey we cannot take walk ins. I will pay a good price for a set of nails I have done so, a guy came up to me telling me he’s gonna charge me 30 more dollars to do a small white heart. 30!!!
