Not the vibe. Waited an hour when the salon only had 3 people in line ahead of me. Costed virtually $20 for an almost half-decent, simple haircut. This is the most expensive Supercuts I’ve been to, compared to other ones in San Antonio and Houston.

Some of the ladies there are nice but some have an attitude when you ask about prices etc. And i don’t like how they cut more than you want. Its my second time and not satisfied with my haircut. Don’t recommend.

One of my aunts who has a Down syndrome child who is 2 took her child in to get a hair the lady very rudely told my aunt that her child wasn’t to come back because it was against “policy” for Down syndrome kids to go there because they are loud, my aunt tried to confront the manager and tell her that what she said was very rude and discriminating, the lady went to the back ,all in all the hair cut came out very bad and lady was rude. If I could I would put zero stars do not recommend this business at ALL!!

Excellent service! I went in on a whim and Jen, my now go to stylist helped me out so much. Not only did she genuinely care about how I liked the end result of cut, she also was incredibly professional. I’ve been to a couple of walk in shops where the cleanliness is lackluster at best, and I was severely overcharged. This location is the exact opposite of that, friendly, clean and people know what they are doing!

Don’t waste your time here, I would choose somewhere else for a haircut. Calling ahead is pointless if you have to wait over an hour to be seen. It also makes it even longer of a wait if the employees take a break in between each person that has been seen. Definitely don’t recommend going here.

The girl who did my hair did a good job but it was an uncomfortable experience. I was in and out. If you want friendly and helpful service I wouldn’t go here. I wish the lady (tattoos and light brown hair) who cut my hair was a bit more helpful and kind. I felt like she was being condescending towards me when I’d ask her questions. It could also depend on who helps you, but I just wouldn’t bother coming here.

Excellent as always! Always get my haircut every 2 to 3 weeks and always get treated very well. The staff is outstanding and very friendly.
