100/10!!! I was honored to have been able to make an appointment with Kerry, and oh my goodness! My hair looks absolutely gorgeous. I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in over two years, and she brought my hair back to life. She managed to not only keep the length, but give me a balayage that really honored my natural hair color, and bring a life back into my spirit that I haven’t had in a while. I made an appointment over phone and mentioned haircut. They booked me for 1pm . When I went there the hairstylist washed my hair in a rush. Not even conditioned my hair. She asked me if I need a blow dry and I told her yes I need a blow dry because it is the whole package. Anyways I was okay with not having blow dry as she was in a “rush” . Yes, I was 5 minutes late as I could by find the parking.

Update: Went back to see Donna a few weeks ago and she knocked out of the park again. She took me from a very long cut brassy blonde back to my dark brown color with curtain bangs and shoulder length layers. Took extra care to make sure the everything was right and gave me a gorgeous style to finish!

I never left their disappointed No one does great hair color, highlights, haircuts, I’m sure she does more but this is what I have her do every time. She’s awesome!!
