Deka Lash in Fairlawn is awesome! Olivia gave me a Classic set of eyelashes, and they are beautiful and very natural-looking. She did an amazing job, and was very helpful in explaining how to care for my eyelashes and improve their longevity. I have never received so many compliments in my life for one small change in appearance. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I have already booked several future appointments with Olivia!

I got the classic lashes initially. LOVED them! Had the classic lash refill and they look totally different from the first time. A lot thicker and less natural looking. Went to 2 different technicians, not sure if that’s why. Eyelash extensions

I came in 2 days after getting my lashes done only to have them removed because of how they were executed and thats because the previous lashes that needed to be removed. However, Ebony who removed my lashes was very professional, careful and calming. I was quite upset snd she was so caring and concerned that she helped to alleviate some of my frustration and anxiety. Ebony is great and I recommend anyone who wants their lashes done professionally to go to Ebony!!! Thank you Ebony.

I received brow henna and lash extension service on 9/21. My appt was an hour and a half appt but lasted 4hrs 15min due to incomplete and less than satisfactory service. I had an appt with one tech but another tech, Olivia fixed my lashes before I left bc they were very sparse and irritated; there were extensions that were glued to my skin around around my lash line and my lashes were clumped together to put it mildly. The next day I went to work and coworkers thought I had pink eye and the other comments were not ones that you would think you would get after getting your lashes done I also had henna brows done that are already gone they were not even and neither was the color. For the price I was not happy at all. Olivia was able to at least help with my lashes to where it looked like I actually got them done and she was able to pull some of the clumping apart. I decided today for my refill appt that I’d have the lashes removed instead of refilled so I could get them back to looking healthy before having the extensions put back on. The original tech was a nice person, so nothing personal. Thank you, Marisa

Yesterday was my first time getting an eyelash lift. I didn’t know what to expect… Makenzie did my lashes for me and she was AMAZING! She would always tell me what she is going to do before she did it. Makenzie made me feel extremely comfortable. The place inside is beautiful and also shoutout to their bathroom that they keep well cleaned, they are on top of making it clean and nice for your wonderful visit. I will be coming back here again!
