The staff here is awesome, super friendly and accommodating all around. At one point I went in for a follow up laser treatment and I’d gotten a little too much sun exposure for it to be safe, so the laser specialist had to reschedule with me ,which was a bummer but I was so impressed with the professionalism and the fact that my safety was top priority. Caitlyn was amazing! She had fantastic customer service skills. She made me feel welcome and explained what she was doing. She did a great job making me feel comfortable and made it seem like ALL her attention was on you for that time I was there. She gave me ideas and recommendations if I would like to pursue coming in but did not make me feel pressured to buy anything. Health and beauty isn’t really my thing, but I purchased the $299 package which included my service of 2 small laser removals (chose my lip and my chin) and a diamond tip microdermabrasion—just out of curiosity. After just one laser session, I’m already seeing amazing results. The microdermabrasion session was super relaxing too. Staff were really nice and knowledgeable and gave me a heads up on future deals as well as skincare tips and tricks. Thanks ladies‼️
