Critical: QualityI do not recommend letting Bex color your hair. I had beautiful dark hair with beautiful highlights that I wanted updated. They had grown out. I was too impatient to wait for my normal hair stylist so I tied Bex. Biggest mistake of my life. She ruined my hair. If you look at the pictures, the dark hair is before and the lighter hair is what Bex did. Both were styled by me so I know how to style my hair or I did before she fried it. All I wanted was to bring my subtle highlights up and darken them, but she essentially bleached all of my hair. She left the bleach on for so long that some of it was purple from the toner. She called this a balayage but my hair looks nothing like the pictures I showed her of dark hair with highlights. My friends even thought she just gave me an all over color. The color now is after both Bex and the owner tried to fix it. My hair was less brittle after the owner fixed it but a lot of my hair has broken off and it’s extremely dry. I’ve never had this much hair fall off. I’m getting married in December and my hair is destroyed. I paid roughly $160 for this disaster. I just hope no one makes the same mistake I did. Don’t let Bex touch your hair. I wish everyday I could have my beautiful natural hair back and that I never met Bex.I do not recommend letting Bex color your hair. These ladies are so helpful, kind, and are clearly passionate about what they do. I learned so much during my haircut just on ways to style and dry my hair that will save me time and energy. I’ve been to this salon twice I seen Lori the first time for a cut and color and I seen Peggy today just for a trim and both times I received the most amazing customer service I’ve experienced in a hair salon. These ladies are so helpful, kind, and are clearly passionate about what they do. I learned so much during my haircut just on ways to style and dry my hair that will save me time and energy. I highly recommend this place, and very highly recommend Lori and Peggy!
