What a horrible experience. I thought hard before posting negative comments but first tried to over charge me then he was rude and pushy. Was not using good sanitizing methods he sprayed the tools with alcohol and put back in drawer. He soaked my cuticles for a half of second did a half job on cuticles didn’t massage or moisturize hands, kept talking to me like I was a child and unprofessional 🙁 they won’t get a second chance with me horrible experience 🙁 1 star for the lights in the sink ☹️

Would never go anywhere else! Since Rosie opened up this sweet little salon in the center of town, it is my go to place. They do a wonderful job, are very friendly and kind, and are perfect walking distance from Gianni Fig’s for a full girls’ night out. I’ve had 3 different nail technicians and each one did an excellent job. They are responsive if you have any feedback and always make sure you leave happy. You can tell they have countless years of experience and don’t have the rushed feel of the bigger salons in Amherst and Hadley. The very best!

I enjoyed my experience coming here with my partner and we both got gel nails. Beautiful nails every time! Rosie and her team are professional, efficient, friendly and always do a fantastic job. I appreciate attention to detail and am impressed not just with the service but the space as well (which makes for a relaxing, spa experience). I’ve had my nails done here 3 times so far, and every time has been exactly what I wanted. Rosie is a true artist and very accommodating even when you don’t have an appointment already scheduled. I look forward to bringing my girlfriends here for mani-pedi’s in the future!
