This place has the body work you’re looking for in Vail! Today I had the 90 min recover and restore massage with Molly. Wow! It was great on my sore muscles from biking, and super relaxing! I was so relaxed I even dozed off a few times during the massage. Cupping is such a unique experience – I definitely suggest that you try it, at least once.

We received phenomenal massages from Molly and Anna, very personalized and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing and soothing. I had back neck tension and lower back ache and they both felt immensely better after. I even tried cupping for the first time and it was very therapeutic! It’s always a good sign when you are able to fall asleep in the middle of a treatment. Highly highly recommended if you are ever in Vail.

I had been in a ton of prenatal back pain (or just sciatica who knows). Either way my husband felt so terribly for me that he booked a massage for me during a weekend trip to Vail. Best decision ever. My therapist was Carly. I have had dozens of deep tissue massages and she has been the best I’ve ever had. The pressure was perfect the service and technique, was perfect, and I hope my back will progressively get better. Can’t recommend them enough, no surprise they have 5-stars. I will definitely be back again and am really bummed I live in Denver and can’t make this a regular thing!

My massage with Spencer was heaven! He was so lovely to chat with and it was one of, if not the, best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling relaxed and like all the tension in my entire body was gone. He did some magic work on my hips that I didn’t even realize had been sore until he made them feel better. Deep Roots is conveniently located inside the Evergreen Lodge. Their cozy studio offers very relaxing and intimate atmosphere, much different and better experience from typical hotel spa. Donna was extremely intuitive and provided me with amazing session. She is a genuine and very talented massage therapist who truly cared about customizing the massage experience around my needs. She helped me to release tension in my back from carrying my baby. I also tried cupping therapy for the first time and it felt amazing. Definitely, the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had! I am happy I could support local business!
