I visited this very well kept establishment on a recommendation. As I entered, I was warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. It was my first time trying out eyelashes. I was initially a little nervous, but was made to feel very comfortable. DeeDee is such a nice business owner. You can tell she loves what she does and her husband the same.

Positive: ProfessionalismFirst I would like to say anyone who has the opportunity to come to Dee Dee nails, you will see the professionalism, friendliness and amazing work they do. I have been going to DeeDee for almost 19 years now – that says a lot – My grandma – may she rest in peace also went to DeeDee and Michael, and she was one tough cookie – if she was still here at her ripe age of 100 – she would still be going to get her nails done here. There is a serious warm feeling when you walk into the doors – its almost as you become family. She will do all she can to rearrange her personal life if you need an emergency. I will NEVER cheat on her or Michael because I know that besides the TLC they give, these are real people and they are not like the average nail salon where you go in there and sit at a station and have NO CONVERSATION. Rude lady right when you walk in, told the person on the phone she didn’t have time cause she’s “busy” only two people in there- asked for a eyebrow waxing under her breath she said make an appt I asked her what she said she says 30 mins, walked out 1st and last time being there

Do NOT go here! I was looking for a new nail salon so I called this morning and asked the woman who answered the phone if I need an appt or if I can just walk in. She said either would be fine. So I went immediately to the shop which is 5 min from my home. When I got there the owner Dee told me she couldn’t take me as she had another customer. I asked her why she told me 5 min ago that I can just come in and she lied & completely denied what she said and told me I “must have called another salon”. I showed her the phone # that I had called on my phone and she kept denying that she even answered the phone (she said she’s the only female there that would have answered). The shop was empty. It’s no wonder with lousy customer service like this! I went to another nail salon 3 minutes away and they took me without any problem.
