I hate that i have to write this review because I have been going to get mine and my childrens hair cut here since they opened in wilton. My daughter (17)went there yesterday (11/12/22) to get a simple trim, the stylist who cut her hair cut it VERY uneven. Like 1/2 shorter difference on the one side! I called today but apparently NOTHING can be done untill the manager is there in 2 days or the stylest us there in 4 days. So my kid has to walk around with crooked hair or pay the 25 dollars for another hair cut!??! I get that they prob get paid by the customer but there should be some understanding for a messed up hair cut! The woman i spoke to on the phone was rude as hell! And hung up on me. I will be calling the manager on Tuesday and i will not be going back there. EVER again.

I walked in to get a haircut. Just a plain haircut. And they were busy. Great it’s a business, that’s not what I have a problem with. What I had a problem with is the woman at the desk told a woman who cut my hair once before and she looked at me and said she was going on break. So another customer walked in and she took him!! I feel like she was not professional, you shouldn’t have the opportunity to pick and choose who you want to cut hair!!

When I made the appointment they previous day I mentioned his age and there was no mention of forced mask wearing for the underage child. I must say I feared going anywhere and had been cutting my own hair but on a whim one day I ventured into studio one and Tonya helped me. I had a nice bed tan and a quick trim. I must say her soft nature and abilities to understand what I need are exactly what I was unknowingly looking for. So much so I entrusted her to take off approximately 10 inches or so. I not only love my new hair cut but I feel renewed thanks to Tonya’s profoundly superior cut. I wanted edgy, more full and much shorter hair. She worked with me to find the best length and transformed my long lifeless hair into an edgy, sexy new cut I adore. I will from now on only go to her at this establishment. Trust is not easy to find and with her I have. Hair is a delicate matter to me and she made sure that was her priority. I couldn’t ask for better. Thank you. Jo
