Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI never go out of my way to leave a review but after having such a wonderful experience, I knew I had to make it a priority. From the minute I called in, the receptionist Danielle, was such a delight to speak with! She informed me that appointments were booked until August but she did the impossible and was able to schedule me in way sooner! I entered into the salon & right away noticed it was nice and clean and not hectic like most salons with women everywhere and waiting. Rosanna greeted me and I was seated in the chair within 10-15 minutes from arriving. I showed her the color I wanted & asked if it would suit me, she informed me it would. My hair was now in Rosanna’s hands and boy did she amaze me! I love the color, the cut and the styling. Not only is she great at what she does, she was friendly with such a nice attitude & made me feel welcomed! I already scheduled my touch up appointment and I can’t wait! I never go out of my way to leave a review but after having such a wonderful experience, I knew I had to make it a priority. From the minute I called in, the receptionist Danielle, was such a delight to speak with! She informed me that appointments were booked until August but she did the impossible and was able to schedule me in way sooner! Critical: PunctualityFirst time client traveled over 1hr. Thinking I was going to be 3-5mins late, I had the courtesy to call and let them know. I ended up making it on time (1:45 appt). After 1hr of waiting without being updated, I ended up walking out (2:45 pm on the dot). I work in sales and service and understand things happen but leaving a client to wait without any updates what so ever is not professional. First time client traveled over 1hr. Thinking I was going to be 3-5mins late, I had the courtesy to call and let them know. I ended up making it on time (1:45 appt). After 1hr of waiting without being updated, I ended up walking out (2:45 pm on the dot). Critical: ProfessionalismI’m surprised to read all of these great reviews. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She automatically booked me for an appointment via email. So I called and verified it with her, then came in, but when I got there she said she was overbooked. I said but I verified it with you. She said, it was her “assistant”. She heard when she spoke to me and she said it was wrong. Yet no one called me back. I cleared my work schedule to make that appointment, but it’s ok, they will never get my business, or anyone that I know.I’m surprised to read all of these great reviews. I’m surprised to read all of these great reviews. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She automatically booked me for an appointment via email.
