I do not recommend this establishment. Disgusting attitude, and disrespectful tone. This had been my first time getting my eyebrows threaded since moving to LA, and upon sitting in the chair, I politely showed a picture to the threader of myself to reference how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. She said “I will do my best.” then asked if this was my first time with them and that I should “trust them” and if I didn’t I should try somewhere else. Her job was mediocre at best and she shrugged me off saying “hey if you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” Her attitude towards me was short, rude, and dismissive. I told her that her customer service was disgusting and completely unnecessary. It is very clear this person is insecure in their threading abilities and honestly frustrated with the fact that they only had like 15 customers that day. I don’t see them being in business too much longer.

The person threading my eyebrows left a bald spot twice on my eyebrow. The first time I didn’t notice until I got home. The second time I gave her feedback she was rude, denied it and told me to take my business elsewhere. I was hoping for a simple apology but she was defensive and deflected her mistake.

I cannot recommend Daxa Threading more highly. I have had my brows done many places, and as a man, sometimes places go overboard. The team at Daxa know how to clean my brows perfectly and naturally.
