I took my daughter here (which I go here often for nails since they do a great job) three days ago. Both of our nails have been falling off within one day. I don’t know if the powder or the liquid is old to make this happen but I am quite disappointed. It was my girls 13th birthday and I brought her to this salon for a reason. Very disappointed in this experience. Especially for my girl! 🙁

I came in to get a full set on Saturday for my wedding on Sunday. I have nothing but respect for the young man that did my nails. However I do not have a single nail that is not lifted and it’s Wednesday. I pointed out that 2 of then were not straight and he told me he would file them. That would have been ok had they not have already been glued on. I respect hard working people that do things I can not. I just wish I wouldn’t have had to pay for something that would make me sad later. I have had my nails done here before and loved them. But this was not one of those times.

I got my nails done and after having time to really look at them I was pretty disappointed. This is the first place I have gone that did acrylics like they did and in several spots there are places where the fake nail they put on doesn’t come close to fully covering my whole nail. I was also very confused on the pricing here. The corners of my nails are also so so rough and jagged, I have caught them several times on my clothing and bedding. When I booked and when I was getting my nails done it stays that a full set is $30 and up. I was expecting to pay $30, maybe $35 but when I went to pay I was told I owed $40. I don’t know if the man helping me didn’t hear me or not but when asked why $40 I got no response. I had nothing extra done so I’m not sure where the extra $10 came from.
