I went in for a fill as I could not get in to my normal place. I was one of 2 customers, so they were not busy. When I sat down I told her that I had gel nails. Half way through I realized she was doing my fill with ACRYLIC. I was in a time crunch so I let it go, I should have spoken up. The fill was poorly done, my edges and cuticles were not blended or even to my nail bed. She did not paint the top edge of my nail. My polish began to fade and “rub off” within 2 days. Within a week my nails were lifting and ALL of my edges had chipped off. This was only my 2nd fill on a brand new set and now they are all ruined and I will have to pay for another full set due to their horrid fill job. DO NOT waste your money, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Employee attitude – Employee Lan had one of the worst attitudes when it came to my grandma’s appointment . My grandmother had a 9:30 appointment and the employee lan insist on letting people go ahead of my grandmother’s appointment . ( making it seem like my grandma is crazy and made it seem like she didnt make an appointment ) while giving an attitude . Customer service should always be number one and no attitude given . I advice whoever is deciding to go to davi salon to take your money somewhere else .

Not great, but okay in a pinch. I’ve had a couple who were rude the first couple of times I went. However, I take our daughter in for girls day as well as myself regularly, and they’ve gotten nicer as time has gone on. Whatever. They treat my daughter like a princess with the full royal mani-pedi routine and helping her sample new colors, etc., and that’s most important to me.
