Very rushed pedicure. I was in and out in 18 minutes and that was with a removal of the previous gel I walked in with. One toe nail was cut sideways and extremely short, she touched the hot towels on my ankles for 1 second and proceeded to throw them in the floor. There was barely any exfoliation or massage. A few hours later, the gel has already chipped from one nail. This is not the place you want to go if you want a pamper day. I tried to be understanding and out myself in their position when I spoke with them about how I felt taken advantage of to pay for the full pedicure price when she only painted my toes nails practically. Her response was that I could go to another salon in Marshfield where they spend more time and people aren’t in line. I made an appointment so I find it very unfair that they rushed me when other people were waiting as walk ins. I really love to support local and small businesses, but my smallest suggestion when checking out was not taken into consideration and she was defensive and told me to go somewhere else. Apparently they do not need my business. I’ll go elsewhere from now on!

Weak. I got a pedicure. They didn’t trim my cuticles, barely filed, didn’t trim my nails straight. She got polish on my toe next to the nail and didn’t fix it. No top coat. I could have polished my toes at home and gotten the same reault but saved myself $25. Lame

Honestly I rate them a zero…showed then a photo of what I wanted including the length and they proceeded to put short nails on after clearly showing them what we wanted which was long coffin style…when we complained that it wasn’t what she wanted they got extremely rude, took the nails off AND proceeded to charge her 20.00 for absolutely nothing. She left with no nails. This isn’t the first time they have been rude. No customer service skills AT ALL. Do not recommend!!!

I loved my experience! It was prom day and I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in and did a full mani and pedi. They were super nice and didn’t rush me at all. The nails were beautiful and when one fell off, I went back and they fixed it for me. Great Job guys! Keep it up!

I love them! My nails always look great. They are very sweet and polite people. My daughter’s love going there. I’m not sure about these negative reviews because this is the only place that I will use. Never been rushed, yelled at or made uncomfortable Jason and his wife do a great job.

If i could give no stars i would they don’t care about their customers just the money. On day 4 my gel nail polish manicure started to chip i called the man nicely removed all polish dremeled down washed my hands you know the works fixed the 3 nails that chipped i get to work no less than 5 minutes later another one chips and was told to come back around 3 this time the lady takes the chipped half and peels it off and fixes only the top part. Will not be coming back I expected better service not a good place to do business.
