Went there to get first tan free. It wasn’t the 12 minute bed so I paid over $11 for one tan. The bed was tiny and there were 4 bulbs burnt out. The girl said they don’t have any beds without burnt out bulbs because of a bulb shortage. I did not see much of a difference in color and was not refunded even a partial amount for the burnt out bulbs. The girl was nice, but with the condition of their beds I feel I should have gotten my first tan free. I won’t be back. I do like that they provide eyewear for those that use it. Stick with at the beach or tan your moon. Also, they did not ask for an ID which I thought was common protocol for tanning salons. I could have made up a fake name.

My husband experienced something unexpected. We’ve been with suntanz of Tulsa for a few months now. My husband went tanning and he told me that one of the workers were wearing inappropriate things and making flirtatious remarks. Stampy shorts and a little top. Now I have no problem with this but is it very appropriate to wear things like that?? Do you guys have any work outfits?? Now if my husband wasn’t so trustworthy this would have led to a divorce.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueJust stopped by for coffee and it was great! I got the chocolate hazelnut and my son got the frozen peach smoothie. I forgot to catch his name but he was very friendly. Honestly, for the price it’s better than Starbucks. I would recommend stopping here

The salon and beds are always clean! And they’ve recently installed new beds and bulbs so I know they stay up to date. Very kind, personable, and helpful staff. Pricing is great and it’s pretty cool that you can also grab some coffee while you’re there!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Virgil over at the Mingo location who was exceptionally fantastic. I was also in contact with Nathan who was also extremely helpful. It’s sad to see people bash the owners when if it were their business I’m sure they’d have the same guidelines which I find reasonable. The beds had new bulbs, the facility was clean and the service was excellent. You guys rock. Keep it up.

as a new customer that used a groupon for my first time there, i was treated with great customer service, and advised of how i should do things in their salon, may of came off a little strong but i trust they know their own beds, didnt take it wrong and their advice was spot on. just hate seeing the hateful reviews so figured id share my story with a compliment!! love the place and will continue to come back because of it! even after my month is over!!!!
