I am NEVER going here again. Like ever.. I got this set about a week and half ago and I have 4 nails already lifting! LITERALLY TOLD THEM MY PINKY WAS SORE AND TO BE CAREFUL WHEN DOING MY REFILL AND SHE FILED IT DOWN PAST MY NAIL. You can even see in the photo it was bruised. I checked with a doctor too and found out it was old dried blood which is EXTREMELY NOT OKAY. I went back go the spa to ask to remove the one nail and refused and planned to charge $25 to remove the whole thing like it was my fault. There could be a language barrier, but own up to your own mistakes and fix it. You charged $75 for an uneven set which hurt your client and over charged. Yea….never going back again. I do not recommend and can let you know a better place just here. No.

I was visiting Danbury for holiday and wanted to get a full set of acrylic nails for myself. This was honestly the worst set I’ve ever received. It took an hour and a half to complete which is a very long time… I think this is because the nail tech put an absurd(!) amount of acrylic on my nails, then had to fill it down. Despite this i was left with insanely thick nails that look quite awful. On top of this, many of the nails are oversized for my finger and crooked. I have come here for regular manicures previously which were fine. I will never come back here for acrylic though, $75 wasted and I need to go to another salon now.

My mom and I came to get our pedicures, but I decided to treat myself for a manicure as well. Exceptional service from the moment we walked in. Upon entry, we were greeted immediately and staff was very warm and understanding to our needs. My mom was pleased with her pedicure for she is hard to please and she smiled which reassured me that she is happy with the service she received. Sasha was GREAT! Happy customer and will be returning. Thank you and keep smiling!

they did not know what they were doing, no nail prep, didn’t buff my nails before application, application was so bad. One of my nails were broken so i suggested him to remove it and put a new one, he put nail glue under the broken nail!!!!!! i’m so disappointed i literally had to leave in the middle of doing them. Disappointed I didn’t check out the reviews before going. The place is nicely decorated inside, however I should have known they scam people on prices. I was charged $40 for a gel manicure that should have been $30, and also charged $66 for a powder gel set that should have been $55. They charged us the powder gel manicure price and the acrylic set price and didn’t even provide those services. Even though I tipped each nail tech, they still proceeded to rip me off and came off on a 30% tip. 15% cash was directly given to the nail techs and they seemed to have added 15% to the receipt at the desk, so I guess the manager will get that 15%. Service is rushed and not the most professional. Nail tech “MC” seemed annoyed to be working and needs to take it easy on the cuticles! The other nail tech was sweet and did alright. However, be aware, they are trying to get the most money out of you. You’d expect them be good and not try to scam people. From the reviews, it’s obvious this place needs to do better.

The tech tried to use unsanitized files on me and I had to ask for something new. And it’s a total rip off which isn’t the staffs issue but ownership is ridiculous. Say you get a spa pedicure and want gel polish, you’re expected to pay the spa ped price PLUS $40 for gel color. I totally understand an up charge but I’ve never heard of being charged the whole gel ped price plus $40 the spa ped price $55+. Like I said the staff was nice but it wasn’t a very good pedicure and the nail are on an angle and not cute. I should have stuck with my usual place where a $60 service would have gotten me a better pedicure and gel polish. I won’t be coming back here.

The most unsanitary nail salon in Danbury. All of their stuff for pedicures is reused on their customers, I could easily tell the file and buffing block had been used many times before me. The nail clipper had rust on it. Overall they did a lousy job on my pedicure and my nail polish oxidized with bubbles. Pedicure
