Cathy is hands down the nicest woman I have ever met. I bite my nails to cope w stress and she never makes me feel bad about it. She remembers things i tell her and asks about things we talked about weeks before. the manicure is always flawless and if there is a flaw she fixes it immediately. Speaks wonderful English and is extremely polite and warm. I love going there, and will continue to.

Used to love this place! Most of the people are so nice, but recently I Got a gel manicure less than 10 days later they were tainted black, the man was so rude on the phone called me a liar when I showed up for 10:15 appointment, didn’t attempt to assist me, and when I called back he said “you evil” I will not go back to a place that treats customers like that. That is just ridiculous. Gels are not cheap, all that was needed was for him to say “come in I’ll take a look”

I usually get a mani/pedicure and am a “pop-in” client. They always accommodate me and are professional and helpful. I like everyone there. Never had a complaint; never needed a nail fixed and it’s clean.

I went to Daisy last Sunday because I couldn’t find another salon open. From the second I walked through the door I was treated rudely. The salon was dirty and messy. There was trash on the floor and workers shoes and plastic bags in almost every corner. The manicure experience was no better. The technicians were all talking atthe same time loudly and in a foreign language. My nails started chipping as soon as I got in my car. I received the worst service ever overall. Stay away from this one!

Unfortunately I had to give them a star to put this review. First off! I had an 9am appointment they didn’t even open the shop till 930. They were supposed to open at 9am. Then the girl asked me what I wanted. I said acrylic French manicure. She did gel on y regular nails. I explained this isn’t what I wanted. She THEN proceeded to YELL at me in whatever language she spoke. I kept telling her im sorry. She refused to answer me and still didn’t listen about my requests. I kept telling her I would like my nails shorter. After I paid 55 bucks I had to come back to shorten them. She yelled at me once again and told me to get over to her station. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS IN THAT MANNER?!
