Worst experience of my entire life. My appointment was set for 10 am she didn’t show up till 11. I picked a style she had posted on the wall, box braids with the curly feathered ends. She quoted me $220 I paid upfront in cash. As she started my hair I made mention that the parts were to big an was told that’s how she does it considering my hair is natural an thick an that if she were to make the parts smaller it would be to heavy. She then called her granddaughter that couldn’t of been older then 15 to assist her with braiding. Midway through the service she started complaining about the length an tried to charge me an additional $80 after I had already paid the price she originally quoted. Before I came in I asked her if I needed to bring any hair and was told No, only to have my husband run to the store an try to find the hair she had requested. While braiding my head was being pulled in different directions as she and her granddaughter continued to braid. After 8 hours she suggested that I come back the next day to have it finished. At that point I was fed up and ended up leaving highly upset an disappointed with unfinished hair.

When the stylist was blowing drying my hair, she pulled it so hard. I have to keep on asking her to take time. She asked if I was tender headed, I said no but you are pulling it really hard. Her response was your hair is really thick. Trust me IK. So please take time. While braiding my hair the pulling got even worse. She wouldn’t comb thru the hair again after parting. Then the hair would got knotted and the pulling hurts so much. I was so ready to be out of there. I just paid and leave. Would have been 5 stars but I had to wait over an hour even though I had an appointment. Aside from this, the medium knotless braids are gorgeous and my stylist finished them in a little over 4 hours so I was pleased with the final product despite the wait. Braids

They demand payment 1st because they know the job may be less then. Charged me for ombre only to run out of the end color. 5 people on my head took extra long. Braids started to slip after 2 weeks. Complete waste of $220.

I went for faux locs and I was told for my length it’s be 240 from one girl so that’s what I paid! They didn’t have the hair in the shop or anything so the girl braiding asked for the payment and went and got the hair! She came back to bring my change which she gave me but lost my payment for herself. So after that it seemed like she was rushing my hair because she lost my money and wasn’t making a profit I guess. The owner came in and then told me I had to pay more for the length I was already quoted for and paid. I said hell no that’s bad business. My hair is super tight red spots all in my scalp and it’s ridiculous! Needless to say I will not be back ever again and my hair better not break because of them! She also burnt the hair all the way up and I’m concerned it has burned my real hair and if so I will be suing them! Let’s hope not!

My first time and I had a very good experience. They were quick, efficient, and my braids look wonderful! When she told me they were done I was suprised because I’ve never been done that fast getting box braids. I will be returning 🙂

I went to get box braids and had a terrible experience. My braids were so many different sizes, they were too tight even after telling them to loosen up, they didn’t listen to the length I wanted and I kept telling them they were way too long. I paid $160 and took them out the same night which I could not take the unbearable pain and the braids did not lay right they were so bulky. I shouldn’t have paid them in the first place. I tried to get a refund but the owner kept saying let me call you back….save yourself the headache and don’t go to this salon.
