Even though he was extremely busy, and could have told me to come back, he didn’t. Super professional, made sure I liked my nails, and did an amazing job! I have had no lifting or chipping, my new nail tech also did very gd shaping and listened to what i wanted. The same tech did my pedicure first and both are holding up well. This was my first time at this nail shop and I waited a week and a half to write this review. I wanted to be sure they held up. I have had no lifting or chipping, my new nail tech also did very gd shaping and listened to what i wanted. The same tech did my pedicure first and both are holding up well. I am very satisfied and will be returning to this shop.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was there today and I had the worst experience. Unprofessional and rude. I will never go back there. I was made to feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I had been there once before and was not satisfied but I thought I’d give them another chance. I could get into more detail about how the person doing my nails was picking his teeth while I was approaching the chair, how he told me he didn’t care if he cut me, how he abruptly pushed my leg, and how they asked me to pay for the full service even though it wasn’t completed. I was there today and I had the worst experience. Unprofessional and rude. I will never go back there. I was made to feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I had been there once before and was not satisfied but I thought I’d give them another chance.
