D Fashion did my nails for over 2 years. They did a good job. However customer service is not the best. I’ve seen them rude to customers but overlooked it bc they do nails really well and I was being selfish. I paid good money to get nails and pedi and I deserve good service. I decided not to continue after my last visit. Parking is horrible. When I found parking and walked into salon instantly I picked up attitude. Well it had been a while since I was there. I just turned around and left. Another experience: they open @10. I arrived about 9:30 on two occasions. Each time the salon owner arrived about 1/2 late. And when you say something they have attitude. Are you serious. My time is valuable as well. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

If I can give 0 stars I would, the customer service is HORRIBLE, the owner (John) is extremely rude and have no respect for any of their customers. His wife (Lynn) just sits next to him and says NOTHING, I spend a lot of money for my nails and feet so to be treated like my money isn’t nothing is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this place and I truly hope and pray whoever read this review take heed and not spend their money there either. The weird part about it is that they do really good nails and its just the owner who makes it bad for the rest of the employees. Not to mention the wait is absurd, its like you’re doing their shifts with them. We as black people need to stand for something or else we will continue to fall for anything.

Today was my 2nd time here and again the experience was great! Everyone is very nice helpful with advise on natural nail care and pleasant. The wait was a long today but its because there are really busy with a lot of clientale. I haven’t experienced bad attitudes at all and mohawk as everybody calls him did my sns and he was very nice totally different then what past reviews say. I’ve made this my official nail salon .. I’m glad I took a chance despite the reviews

I have patronized this establishment for at least the last four years. I have brought other people to their business as they admired how great my nails looked and lasted. I will not return…. EVER! John the owner is one of the nastiest individuals I’ve come across. Customer service is not his strong suit at all. Whenever this so-called man, who has the attitude of a woman, is having a bad day, you’ll know by the way he talks to people. He is so dismissive and disrespectful to the same people who are paying for his business to thrive in our community. Take your nasty attitude and your business back to whatever neighborhood you come from. Black women, take your money to the Black-Owned shop one block South.

They did have some nice workers there but the owners need some training. they should not own a business.

This nail Salon is top notch they do amazing work. They take quality time with each and every client. I have seen customers come in and be very impatient but they also get the same quality service and time. If you are a regular you know that there is no set time that can be given for each person but you will leave satisfied. I would not choose to go anywhere else

This was my second terrible experience as a customer at this shop. The first time I came, I arrived as they opened hoping to get in and out and had to wait over an hour and a half to receive my service. This time I waited two hours to receive my service and there were several nail techs. Many of them “could not do nails only pedicures” so I had to wait under the pretense that no one was available to do my nails, as people that came in behind me were served ahead of me, as they were taking people for pedicures however they would move on to do their nails after. They did not apologize nor did they offer to accommodate me in any way on either occasion. The unfortunate thing is that they actually do nails well however I wouldn’t refer anyone to go because of the ridiculous wait time and poor management of their clientele. I will not be going back and I wouldn’t suggest someone go unless you do not mind wasting a quarter of your day.
