I made an appointment for my brother on the 26th and the barber responded “ok np”, my brother shows up and the barber wasn’t there, I called the barber and he told me he was going to call back, and he never called, and he waited there for more that an hour. So we went as walk in on the 30th and told us he was leaving that he was coming back the next day from 8-1 so we went the next day and ignored us, we sat there for an hour, they took more than an hour to cut someone’s hair than another costumer came in and that’s when they released them and took the costumer that came in, that’s when the barber said sorry we are super busy. Bad business last time I’ll ever go.

Went for my first visit with Carlos last week and walked away with a perfect haircut. If it’s one thing I would like to reiterate is that he is a perfectionist and very personable. I have been going to Great Clips for many years, but have hung up the towel with them and will continue to get Carlos to cut my hair. Very good work and felt very at home the entire time he was cutting my hair.
