I visited this establishment today for the first time to have my hair washed and locs retwisted by Ms Kenya. This is a “Black Owned” establishment located in Central Richmond. It’s an establishment where licensed barbers and beauticians can go and rent booth space either by the day, weekly, or monthly. If you’re familiar with Central Richmond, this establishment is located in the Target shopping center where Payless Shoe Source was before going out-of- business.
