Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called the day prior to set an appointment for 10 a.m. for 2 feed in cornrows. Upon arrival there was only one braider available Kay, who was helping a customer already so she called the owner Cynthia to let her know her appointment had arrived as well as another customer. She showed up an hour and a half later, 11:30 a.m. still with no urgency after being late. When Cynthia finally called me over to look at the picture of the style that I wanted she immediately said she could not do it because I had natural hair and to ask the other braider Kay and called over the other customer to do her hair. It was very rude and unprofessional especially with her hair being loose under a black see-through net bonnet in her natural state which was all over her head and nearly being 2 hours late at that point and not even offering a suggestion as to what we could do. The only reason this review got two stars was because of Kay putting in effort to do the style which turned out great. They also were unprofessional by talking about other customers in the shop hair condition . No cleaning in between customers or mask wearing. Oh and their prices have increased they didn’t tell me over the phone or in the chair until the style was completed, I also take partial responsibility for not asking prior. I called the day prior to set an appointment for 10 a.m. for 2 feed in cornrows. Upon arrival there was only one braider available Kay, who was helping a customer already so she called the owner Cynthia to let her know her appointment had arrived as well as another customer. She showed up an hour and a half later, 11:30 a.m. still with no urgency after being late.
