Diane did an AMAZING job on my 12 YO! The ask was an undercut for a kid with thick, long hair that was beautiful, but completely unmanageable day-to-day. We were lucky enough to call at the right time and Diana graciously slipped in before the end of the day. It was a dramatic cut, so she checked in every step of the way. What a pro! Thank you for working your magic, Diane!

I was a walk-in for the owner Diane in a Saturday. I asked her if I could get a cut, color and highlights. I have real thick hair which I had been dying myself for a few years so it had 3 different shades to it. Diane was so kind and did not turn me away but did all I asked in between her already booked appointments. I was there for about 5 hours total but the friendly service of the entire staff made the day enjoyable. She did such a great job on my hair and told her I would definitely be back. I was happy to finally find a great hairdresser. I also told my mom to go to her and she was extremely pleased with Diane’s work. When I called for my second appointment she absolutely remembered me and laughed and said I was her all day special. Lolol.

I gave 3 stars because they are very friendly and welcoming. Nice environment. All ppl that work there, smile when you come in and make you feel comfortable. If it wasn’t for that, would have given 0-1 stars for quality of trim. Oh yeah, prices are very reasonable. I have only had Paula. She Does Not Know how to cut hair! Having trouble finding anyone in fall rivet who actually knows what they’re doing…. Paula is the only person i have tried there. She is very nice but clearly isn’t skilled in trimming hair. She did a bad job the first time but gave her another chance. And very disappointed with her work. Wouldn’t recommend this place. They aren’t knowledgeable nor do they offer certain services that even basic salons do.such as Ombre.they had no idea.
