My hair comes out even better then what I expected, she doesn’t rush, makes sure to take her time and talks with you. Absolute worst haircut I have EVER received. It was a young lady, who should have been honest about her ability before taking on a hair cut. The manager attempted to fix what the “stylist” cut, and spent an additional 45 minutes on my hair. The manager was understanding, sympathetic and did not charge for the cut. However I still left in tears, and my hair had to be cut an additional 5 inches due to the mess up.
