Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been to this salon 3 times now and have always been nothing short of ecstatic with the results. All of the team members are friendly and make you feel very welcome there. I’ve always felt rather self conscious and out of place at salons in the past and I have never felt uncomfortable with these ladies. Nor have I ever been disappointed with the results! Brandy does a wonderful job with my hair every time, and I am so grateful! I have been to this salon 3 times now and have always been nothing short of ecstatic with the results. All of the team members are friendly and make you feel very welcome there. I’ve always felt rather self conscious and out of place at salons in the past and I have never felt uncomfortable with these ladies. Nor have I ever been disappointed with the results! Brandy does a wonderful job with my hair every time, and I am so grateful! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a appointment at 5:00 pm on 1-28-2021. Arrived at 4:45 pm the stylist the appointment was made with was not there. The owner of the place did not offer to help in anyway. She did not say sorry or anything, she acted like she did not care if I was there or not. I will not go to this place anymore. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They say walk in welcome, I had a appointment and was not welcome. I am responding to owner reply, I was not offered to wait that someone would cut my hair I was there for 10 minutes I was very nice, she never told the stylist to look into it,they just looked at each other.
